Job Description
What you'll be working on
- We're looking for a minimum commitment of 30hrs per week, ramping up to 40hrs per week as the project gets underway**
What you'll be working on
- Managing complex RevOps projects with multiple stakeholders from various departments
- Overseeing projects from start to completion while ensuring goals and deadlines are met
- Tracking project progress and resolving any issues that arise using Agile methodologies
- Creating detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders and keeping everyone informed of updates
- Managing resource allocation and ensuring teams have what they need to complete tasks
- Monitoring project KPIs and reporting on progress to leadership
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale projects
- Proven track record of successful project completions while adhering to scope, timeline and budget
- Expertise in Agile project management methodologies
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands from various teams
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
