Our ideal Sales Admin has a sparkling Personality, Smart as a Whip, Administrative Professional - Marketing, Customer Service & Sales Focus. Obsessive, Detail Oriented, Likes Checklist and creating systems. Someone who has a strong work ethic, confident, and can work with little to no supervision. Attendance and being on time are of utmost importance, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Helping vendors with documents, answering questions/emails (all would be trained skills)
- Negotiations
- Finding & implementing vendor requests & coordination of details.
- Coordinate with our overseas and local team on various projects
- Event Planning & Coordination
- Document management
- Slack Channel management/coordination with other teams
- Write & Edit Content
- Manage Call transcripts
- Set up calls for our Sales team when needed
- Manage and help the actual projects related to Sales & Marketing
- Help other teams in the firm when needed
- Attend all recurring meetings related to Sales/Marketing/Customer service
- The pivotal part of this role is to ensure that the Sales Admin thrives for the team and the Manager/HOD

- CPU: Core i5 (8th generation minimum) or i7 (8th generation minimum)
- RAM: Minimum of 16GB

- Operating System: Windows 11 Pro. (We will assist you with upgrading to Windows 11 Pro if you don’t already have it)
- Audio: A good quality headset preferably equipped with noise cancellation
- Video: A laptop/PC with a webcam or a good-quality webcam
- Headset with noise cancellation
Our USA business hours include MANDATORY overlap (8:00 am to 12:00 noon Arizona time) Our business hours for operations in the USA are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) in Arizona. Your specific or flexible duty hours will be discussed with your Head of Department (HOD).
