Job Description
Start date: Early January 2025
End date: Projected June 2025, with possibility of extension.
Time zone: PST; 6am to 3pm PST
Responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy. They work closely with other team members, such as the Integration Architect and Integration Analyst, to ensure data integrity and accuracy. The Data Analyst employs various analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data, which are critical for optimizing system performance and ensuring project success. The contractor will be working on this project with the State of Oregon.

Requirements:
- Must have experience using ETL processes.
- Must have experience writing business rules for transformations.
- Must have experience creating data models and doing complex data mapping.
- Must have experience understanding existing legacy data dictionaries and developing new data dictionaries.
- Must be able to generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Must be able to work the project team, vendors, and interface teams to create the data mapping between source and target systems.
