What you'll be working on
- Developing workflow automation and business rules using Java Spring and Java 8
- Building REST APIs to integrate workflows and rules engines with backend systems
- Implementing processes and logic using rule engines like Drools
- Maintaining and enhancing existing automation frameworks
- Design workflow definitions and rules using best practices
- Write well-documented and tested Java code
- Integrate systems and services using RESTful APIs
- Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
- Support applications in production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience building Java applications
- Strong knowledge of Java Spring, Java 8 and REST APIs
- Experience with rule engines like Drools preferred
- Familiarity with relational databases like Postgres
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
