- Produce technical design, standards and architecture strategies for complex system designs
- Experience as an enterprise architect is a must
- Knowledge of industry standard architecture processes, tools, governance, and security.
- Ability to analyze critical business requirements, identify deficiencies, and create solutions.
- Experience within the public sector or Implementing statewide Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) solutions is a big plus, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture
- Knowledge of data integration/migration strategies
- Skills with AWS and Cloud Architecture as a Cloud Engineer
- Infrastructure and integration architecture knowledge
- Ability to Facilitate the analysis, planning, and design of the structure and organization of CCWIS Systems
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in the management of architecture and infrastructure for large scale programs
- Facilitate team efforts in rolling out new versions of standards, processes and best practices
- Establish and manage relationships with state agency personnel and vendors
- Mentor junior members of the team and provide guidance to Solution, Business, and Application architects.
- Manage a team of technicians
- Capture and document technical requirements
- Perform Technology Assessments
- Knowledge of integration and interface technologies and approaches
- Knowledge of data analytics solutions. Experience in converting legacy systems to web-based platforms, systems integration, and assessments.
- Knowledge of Business and Data Service APIs
- Experience in staffing and resource utilization
- Knowledge of IT Solution and migration strategy
- Good presentation skills
