Requirements

What You’ll Be Working On

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager (Content Writer) to support our dynamic web design and development agency.

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and growing our brand across various social media platforms. If you are passionate about tech, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and aesthetic that aligns with the agency's overall marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for the blog as well as social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Ghostwrite and manage social pages (LinkedIn, Threads, and Twitter) for the CEO Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, and provide insights and recommendations for incorporating them into the agency's social media and newsletter strategy.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with influencers, industry experts, and partners to amplify the agency's reach and build brand advocacy.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance optimization.
  • Collaboration with our SEO expert to track success of UTM campaigns and optimize content strategy over time
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor industry conversations, news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and keep the agency at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Regularly evaluate and provide recommendations on social media tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance the agency's social media presence and productivity.
