- Compensation is determined based on experience, interview performance, and maintaining parity with current employees of similar experience levels, with a range of $130,000 to $170,000, including a 15% bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
ABX owner: You are our ABM leader. Build and execute the strategy with the help from the rest of our marketing team
Martech owner: You are our Salesforce, Hubspot, & Triblio point of contact. You’ll be responsible for all reports and campaign execution.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute targeted ABX programs that drive revenue growth for key accounts, focusing on both customer experience and new business.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with sales teams, BDRs, Content teams to identify target accounts and create personalized marketing strategies that align with each account’s unique needs and challenges.
- Campaign Development: Build and manage customized marketing programs across various channels, focusing on Search, Paid Social, and Event Marketing. We work closely with the content team to inform the content roadmap.
- Webinar Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, managing platforms and delivering post-webinar insights.
- Campaign Planning: Own segment-based campaign plans and lead cross-functional execution to create personalized marketing experiences.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide data-driven recommendations for each portion of our business.
- Technical ownership: Own and operate all necessary reports and campaigns in our martech (Salesforce, Hubspot, and Tribulio) Must have deep knowledge with reporting in Salesforce and segmentation through Hubspot.

- Proven experience in account-based marketing for B2B enterprises, with a focus on driving pipeline.
- Previous experience managing a budget, campaign prioritization, and revenue performance
- Ability to articulate data into actionable insights cross-functionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into strategic marketing initiatives.
