Outbound Lead Generation Expert – Software Services and SaaS Products

Location: Remote

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Expert to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting:
    • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in target industries for software services and SaaS products.
    • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation tools to build prospect lists.
  • Outbound Outreach:
    • Conduct high-volume outreach via cold emails, calls, and social media to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
    • Customize outreach strategies based on prospect needs, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads, interactions, and follow-up activities.
    • Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, and campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
    • Share market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Lead Qualification:
    • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and identify opportunities for the sales team.
    • Use a consultative approach to understand prospect pain points and align them with our solutions.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate regular reports on outreach performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
    • Identify trends and insights to improve lead generation efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in the software services or SaaS industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and tools.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize outreach performance.
    • SEO and paid marketing knowledge is a plus
