What you'll be working on
- Build a scalable design system: Develop and document components in Figma to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to implement the design system, enabling high-quality execution at scale.
- Champion accessibility: Ensure our design system meets accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), delivering inclusive experiences for all users.
- Documenting the design system and components for internal teams
- Collaborating closely with product designers and engineers to implement the design system
- Ensuring all components meet accessibility standards
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or design systems
- Expertise designing scalable and modular design systems in Figma
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies and how design systems integrate into development workflows
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to scope, plan, and ship design work
- Passion for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experiences
