Staff or Senior Systems designer

What you'll be working on

• Build a scalable design system: Develop and document components in Figma to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to implement the design system, enabling high-quality execution at scale.
• Champion accessibility: Ensure our design system meets accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), delivering inclusive experiences for all users.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or design systems
• Expertise designing scalable and modular design systems in Figma
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies and how design systems integrate into development workflows
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to scope, plan, and ship design work
• Passion for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experiences
