About the role

Chime is looking for an Operations Enablement Insights Intern to join our Operations Enablement team. You will gain valuable professional experience working with cutting edge cloud technology platforms and distributed systems alongside engineers with a wealth of experience to share. This is an exciting opportunity to learn while playing a role in a critical initiative at Chime.

This role is structured as a 3 month engagement. The starting hourly rate offered for this role and target level of experience will begin at $25 and up to $35. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

• Play a crucial role in analyzing and presenting the outcomes of a company wide initiative
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, identifying key cost drivers and areas of optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for comprehensive analysis.
• Assist in presenting the overall work completed, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and challenges overcome.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify impacts, findings, outstanding areas of opportunity, and benefits derived from the project.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate results effectively.

To thrive in this role, you

• Currently pursuing a Masters degree with a focus on Program Management, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Creative thinker and self starter with a passion for consumer FinTech
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Have a low ego and are comfortable working directly well with a wide range of stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
