We are in search of an action-oriented Growth Media Specialist with an analytical background in Google App & Display to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is highly collaborative and will support critical functions across the organization including other channel marketing managers, analytics, data, creative, compliance. You will play a crucial role in improving performance and setting the standard for Google App & Display media strategy, optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed our goals.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,500 and up to $144,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Own day-to-day strategy & tactical management of Google App & Display (Discovery, GDA, pMAX) campaigns, including bid, budget, creative, and campaign optimizations
- Consistently drive high performance by monitoring campaign results and making quick and appropriate data-informed adjustments
- Aggressively pursue opportunities that maximize the growth of your channels while minimizing CAC
- Own your quarterly/annual roadmap by balancing risks and safe bets to drive stepchange growth
- Provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and regular pacing updates
- Collaborate with internal partners and our Google Reps to uncover opportunities, support broader marketing efforts, and teach others what you have learned.
- Use complex data sources to identify and evaluate impactful opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
- Drive growth of products that significantly impact the financial lives of millions of people
To thrive in this role, you have
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focused on Google App & Display campaigns in the B2C space at a brand or agency
- Proven track record of successfully scaling B2C Google App Campaigns across Android and iOS, meeting both spend and CAC targets
- An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff, and dig in to the gritty details to get to the bottom of problems
- Passionate about data storytelling to drive insightful communication within a performance marketing team, and with analytics and creative partners.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, channels and KPIs like CTR, CVR, CPM, CPA, CAC and LTV
- Deep understanding of martech, especially mobile attribution partners (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
- Experience with mobile first channels outside of Google (Meta, TikTok & Ad Networks)
