About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Vendor Manager and play a pivotal role in harmonizing the way we manage projects and stakeholders across various functions. Whether coordinating with the disputes experience team, cementing member policies, or collaborating with workforce management to risk operations and engineering, your contribution will be crucial in delivering outstanding performance for different lines of business. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $180,600. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Ensure vigilant monitoring of site performance and execute remedial plans as needed to consistently uphold high levels of performance.
- Actively monitor our outsourced sites and maintain solid connections with both internal and vendor stakeholders to identify and eliminate any obstacles to delivery.
- Lead and engage in cross-functional project teams to manage projects proficiently, ensuring synchronization across various functions and stakeholders.
- Utilize your industry and Vendor Management expertise to successfully drive change adoption across projects and stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you have
- Proficient in analyzing data to uncover insights, identifying root causes, and making data-driven decisions to develop actionable plans. Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker required.
- Knowledge with Banking and financial services industry regulations is highly desirable.
- Skilled in creating professional presentations using Google Slides, with the ability to present skillfully both in-person and virtually.
- Proficient in using Jira for project management and task tracking.
