About the Role

As a People Experience Lead at Chime, you’ll shape the strategy and program management behind our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other identity-based cultural programming. You’ll design and deliver scalable systems that empower community leaders, celebrate identity, and bring values-forward moments to life across Chime. You’ll collaborate across the People team—including comms, analytics, and experience peers—to support, scale, and celebrate cultural heritage months, affinity days, and identity-based moments that foster belonging.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $116,100.00 and up to $161,300.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Own and evolve ERG and affinity-based program strategy and systems that strengthen belonging, representation, and connection across Chime.

  • Partner with ERG leaders to plan and execute initiatives, campaigns, and celebrations that highlight identity, culture, and shared values.

  • Manage and support cultural heritage months, affinity days, and other key moments of identity-based celebration.

  • Collaborate across the People team—including Comms, Analytics, and PX peers—to increase engagement and consistency in cultural programming.

  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline operations, create toolkits, and scale impact efficiently.

  • Develop resources and rituals that support ERG onboarding, enablement, and event execution.

  • Collect and act on feedback to continuously evolve programming and measure impact.

  • Contribute to broader PX initiatives, such as onboarding, recognition, storytelling, events, or swag moments.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • Proven experience managing ERG programming, or leading inclusive, identity-based employee experiences.

  • Broad knowledge of inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement trends, plus change management best practices.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Comfort using AI, templates, and scalable tools to reduce overhead and improve quality.

  • Creative and innovative thinking.

  • Eye for inclusion, cultural nuance, and values alignment.

  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional partners.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Curiosity, care, and creativity.
