- Build the foundations to a world class employee recruiting program that attracts high performers
- Design and implement talent strategy across functional teams while evaluating current capabilities and growth opportunities for the organization
- Create a streamlined and fun employee onboarding process that speeds up Slang employees’ time to value and time to adding to Slang’s culture
- Launch a performance management program with core competencies by job titles and levels
- Implement programs and processes that reinforce Slang’s core values across Slang’s hybrid workforce and retains top talent
- Own overall responsibility for human resource operations, compliance, HRIS systems, benefits, and talent management, including developing our compensation philosophy and total rewards
Qualificiations
- 10+ years of people operations experience, 5+ years at high growth company preferred
- Strong track record of bridging strategy into day to day operations and execution
- Ability to manage complex people programs including policy design and implementation
- Significant experience with HRIS and ATS platforms for operational workflow
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues from executives to individual contributors while setting the tone for the team
Bonus Points
- Start up experience
- Experience in the restaurants, eCommerce, or hospitality space
- Experience with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
