- Respond to inbound inquiries from various channels including website forms, email, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and calls between prospective customers and Account Executives.
- Understand and articulate the needs of prospects, highlighting these needs to Account Executives.
- Meet or exceed key activity metrics (e.g., response rate, leads qualified, meetings scheduled) and other performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Slang’s marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and execute campaigns aimed at generating more inbound leads.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of Sales Development, and Account Executives to refine and improve the lead qualification process.
- Respond to and set leads on nights & weekends
Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or related technology sales, with a focus on inbound sales strategies.
- Managing prospects in a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal for phone conversations and written for emails.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- A strong desire to grow within the sales function and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and the capacity to wear multiple hats as needed.
- Exceptional ability to stay organized and to be persistent in following up with inbound leads.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industries.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
