What Your Experience Will Be
As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be a crucial part of our Business Development team, collaborating closely with various departments to drive strategic initiatives. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing, who has a strong background in strategic growth and marketing. This is an individual contributor position.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop potential partners that align with our strategic goals. Build and grow Slang’s technical and strategic partnerships programs, develop and execute partnership strategies, and negotiate agreements.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic and marketing partners. Serve as the main point of contact, address issues promptly, and foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyze partnership performance, and create KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation and onboarding of partnership initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and monitor progress, reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, manage partnership budgets, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.

What You Will Bring:

  • 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry.
  • Experience in restaurant technology is a plus
