You will:
- Contribute to both the technical and product roadmap, providing input and effort estimates during initiative discovery and execution.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into elegant, effective technical solutions.
- Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become blockers — identify potential failure points, plan solutions, and weigh trade-offs thoughtfully.
- Mentor and support teammates, sharing knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or systems)
- Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and React
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to make well-reasoned design and development trade-offs within your domain and provide high-level guidance to others
- Experience collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver long-term plans
- Strong sense of code ownership and technical stewardship, with an emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and performance
- Operates with a comprehensive understanding of domain boundaries and stakeholder goals, enabling forward-thinking architectural decisions
- Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- While not required, experience with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration tools, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) will help you excel in this role.
