- Prospecting and Setting Appointments: Proactively identifying businesses within our Ideal Customer Profile and securing appointments for our Sales team
- Active Listening and Curiosity: Using your questioning and listening skills to distill client needs and highlight common pain points , championing Slang’s ability to improve staff efficiency, streamline restaurant operations, and deliver world class guest experiences
- Collaborative Support: Working closely with the Marketing and Account Executive teams to ensure smooth prospect hand-offs and leveraging unified messaging to expand our market influence
- Disciplined Daily Execution: Executing on daily inputs with radical discipline regardless of immediate results (rain or shine). 60+ calls, 5+ Newly Prospected Business in Pipeline, etc.
- Exceeding Targets: Consistently achieving and surpassing monthly appointment and pipeline quotas, setting 20+ appointments each month and generating qualified pipeline and revenue
What You Will Bring:
- Over a year of experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling, with a solid foundation in effective sales techniques and a proven ability to connect with potential clients.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating concepts clearly, concisely, and compellingly, ensuring messages resonate with the audience.
- Demonstrated natural curiosity and active listening skills, with a genuine investment in understanding and addressing client needs.
- Approach each opportunity with humility and a strong desire for growth, actively seeking feedback to continually refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Process-oriented with a strong commitment to structure and routine, essential for achieving consistent success, while remaining adaptable and able to pivot as needed.
- Driven and ambitious, setting high goals and demonstrating a commitment to both the journey and outcomes, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
